Where We Ship:
ROADTEK currently ships to the United States and Puerto Rico.
- Free shipping covers shipments to the lower 48 states.
- Costs for shipments outside of the lower 48 to AK, HI, and Puerto Rico will be quoted and invoiced. Please contact customer support to quote your order.
- We will announce Canada, Latin America and EU shipping options soon.
Lower 48 Free Signature Release:
- Signature Release - A signature release may be required for apartments, suites and select urban areas: $10
Free Fees:
ROADTEK reserves the right to change shipping fees at any time.
New Orders:
- ROADTEK ships from our fulfillment centers in the US.
- EJacks are heavy and larger in size so we contract with various shippers who can handle these types of packages.
- The shipping company depends on the type of order.
- We may require signature release for apartments and higher populated residential areas where there is a greater chance for shipments to be stolen. We currently charge $10 for a signature release.
- We aim to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
- Once shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Most orders will be received in 3-4 days but factors including season, weather, strikes, and inventory can affect timing.
Shipping Cutoff Times:
- Holiday cut off times and will be posted on our site for FedEx and UPS.
Receiving Shipped Orders:
- If your order is in transit and you need to make changes to how the package is delivered, please contact the shipping company.
- Depending on the request they are your first stop.
- If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos
- Contact ROADTEK Support
- If your package was delivered but is missing.
- We are not responsible for goods stolen or misappropriated once delivered but there are some steps to attempt recovery:
- Contact shipping company and inquire about delivery details

- The good news is in addition to these being heavy, we are tracking serial numbers for each order. If someone does try to return your product or make poor choices, we will have some recourse.
Wrong Item Orders:
- If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, we will gladly exchange new, unused products for the right product.
- Contact ROADTEK Support to start the process.
- We will charge a 20% restocking fee.
- We will send you a return label or QR code via email. Check email for label and drop off instructions. Please secure the box with tape, print the label and head to FedEx to drop off packages unless another shipper was selected.
- USPS does not handle most of our EJacks due to size and weight.
- If you wish to order another product while we process your return kindly place another order. We can ship that order and refund the other once the product is received and reviewed for viability to return to stock.
- If the product is used or damaged by customer and is not able to be returned to stock, Customer Support will send a summary of the value or requirements.
- ROADTEK reserves the right to not refund where product is not in a good sellable condition due to customer actions.
