ROADTEK Warranty Terms & Conditions

ROADTEK provides a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for your new ROADTEK product under normal and proper use. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is subject to the conditions under the Warranty Terms.

This limited warranty only applies when the ROADTEK product in question is purchased lawfully, installed, and used in the United States. 

If your ROADTEK product fails during its warranty period, ROADTEK will, at its option, repair or replace the product.

Warranty Terms

Coverage Period        

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year from that date, receipt required.

Covered Products     

This warranty applies to the following products:

  • GarageMax EJacks
  • GarageMax Jack Stands
  • ROADTEK Battery
  • ROADTEK Charger

Conditions                      

The product must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and for its intended purpose.

Proof of purchase is required.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Batteries and other consumable parts are only covered if found defective within the warranty period, with proof of purchase required.

Claim Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

Reach out to our customer service team to start your claim. If you haven't registered your warranty yet, be prepared to provide your contact details, product information, and proof of purchase.

  1. Provide Proof of Purchase:

Submit your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

  1. Document the Damage:

For small items, we’ll ask you to send us photos of the damage. This helps us confirm the issue and understand what went wrong.

  1. Shipping Assistance:

For larger items like a whole jack, we will provide a shipping label and arrange a UPS pick-up for your convenience.

You will need to follow our packing instructions, using the original box and inserts if available. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us for further instructions.

For small issues, we will send you a replacement part.

What to Expect

Replacement Parts:

If the issue can be resolved with a replacement part, we will send it to you once we receive the necessary information and photos.

Product Repair:

If the product needs to be shipped back for repair or further assessment, we will guide you through the process and provide all necessary shipping assistance. You will need your original packing materials and box.
